Anyone know how to watch this fight. It's on at 11.30am on Sunday. It's HBO PPV, but would that be gettable through sopcast etc. or a legitimate PPV webcast?
Cheers

Its going to be on KBS N Sports Sun 10AM. If you have cable you should have this channel, if not, then any place with a tv should have it.
This one has the makings of a classic like when boxing meant something in the 60's and 70's when a title fight was THE place to be |

I've never seen Mayweather (other than his uncle Roger ...) fight, but I've seen enough of Del la Hoya to know that he'd be worth placing a bet on as a 2 to 1 underdog...
He's been through a lot of wars and has naturally slowed down some, but he has the edge in experience against top fighters and in strength...
Reportedly, Mayweather is very fast, talented, and well-trained (plus he's black... ) so it figures that if he avoids taking unnecessary chances he'll be able to outbox the older, stronger man.
I have a hunch that Floyd might get a little too brave and get caught with enough body shots to slow him down some - and Oscar still possesses above-average speed himself...
Both stellar fighters claim that this will be their last bout - which is really bad news for a sport that's struggling to retain its fan base... |

not many fights in the past decade i've looked forward too
this is an exception and the best thing is...
We dont have to pay $54.95 to see it like people in the states do though if I was in the states i'd be seriously thinking about dropping the money
anybody remember when there was nothing like a night of great boxing? The sports world would be abuzz about it. I cant remember when I've seen this much hype and anticpation for a fight since Leonard-Duran in the 80s |

I am not convinced of this (the time you say it is on). The fight is in Las Vegas (which is 16hrs behind Korea).. The fight card is 9pm Saturday night .. that would make it 1pm if they are showing it live. I could be wrong, but we will see. |

I think the broadcast started at 10am with the under-cards but the main fight doesn't start till later, 1pm. I'm watching KBS Sports now at 12 midday and I believe the fight preceding the Mayweather-De La Hoya fight is on now.
I'm betting Mayweather to win but I think I'll also put a few bucks on De La Hoya to win on points as I despise Mayweather and would like to see De La Hoya beat him.
