Anyone know of a job at a University in Cheonan or Asan, starting in September. I'm currently in Cheonan, finishing up a one-year contract. I have a Master's degree. Please PM me.

Of the 10 or so people I know who live in Cheonan and/or Asan AND are employed at a university less than 1/2 go on Dave's. Of that 1/2 that do, they visit rarely and will not see this thread.

My suggestion: since you are already in town...make treks to the 8 or so universities in the area and drop off your schtuff (and more importantly, NETWORK).

!shoosh,

Ryst

Huh. I know about 7 from our uni that visit Dave's.

Our place isn't hiring.

Yes, I know what you mean...it's just that my friends actually have lives that do not consist of this forum (they've visited and found it useless).

Obviously this is not my main source of job leads. I just put it out there to see what would turn up. You never know!

It's obvious in that most people, when looking for a job would be somewhat more proactive about it. Put up something like this and waiting for people to come to me? I plan to (and would expect others to do the same) actually send off some emails, make a few phone calls, maybe visit some places and peruse a few job sites.

I thought this was your main source for job leads.
