Sofa - I want a sofa bed or futon. I want one in pretty good condition and would be willing to pay a decent amount for it. Preferably with removable covers, but that's not that important.

Fridge - mine now doesn't have a freezer and I really want to be able to freeze things. It doesn't have to be large, but it has to be colder than freezing!
