So, I have a friend who wants to come teach over here, but he's only halfway through college. He's an education major and thinking about taking a year off. If he does an online course for his TEFL and lists some classroom experience, is that enough to get a work visa or is a BA necessary? Does it just depend on the employer?

For an E2 visa, Korean immigration requires a bachelor's degree. Bottom line, no bachelor's degree, no E2 visa.
