New Zealand: a country with a culture so barbaric that even the animals behave like animals.

Savage pitbull kills mum
By LEIGH VAN DER STOEP
Sunday Star Times | Sunday, 22 April 2007

The family of a Bay of Plenty woman killed in a dog attack say the "vicious" dogs had attacked before and should never have been roaming free.

Virginia Ohlson, 56, a member of a well-known family in the Murupara area, was mauled by two dogs - a pitbull and a Staffordshire terrier cross - while on her daily 6.45am walk to buy bread and milk at the local dairy.

She died in an ambulance en route to hospital.

Police are treating the death as a homicide and are investigating charges against the dog owner, a local man.

Detective Senior Sergeant Mark Loper of Rotorua Police confirmed this morning that a post mortem examination showed Ms Ohlson's death was due to shock and trauma resulting from the multiple dog bites she received.

Of course, the left's kneejerk reaction will be to tighten dog laws. But answer me this: if the woman had been carrying a pitbull at the time of the attack, would she be dead now?

I see NZ cops have fallen for the line that dogs don't kill people, dog owners do.

Yeah, whats not funny about a lady being mauled to death by savage dogs. Heaven forbid don't crack jokes about Virginia Tech though.

Well.

At least you do not see five or six mean-spirited, finger-wagging threads on the topic created by "morally-superior," hypernationalistic, antiKiwi Commonwealth members, do you...?
