I'm looking at getting a job at a hagwon in the Hwamyeongdong (Buk-gu) area of Busan, right on the green metro line. Has anyone been to that part of the city or lived there?

Supposedly it's brand new apartment buildings and relatively clean and modern. It's supposed to be about 30 minutes from Seomyeon, so not bad if I want to go into downtown.

Any anecdotes or advice is well appreciated.
