Goddamnit this is annoying. Why is it so difficult to send email from a Yahoo account to a Hanmail account?
So often I get this polite little "failure notice":
<[email protected]>:
Sorry, I couldn't find any host named hanmail.net.
Well, I'm sorry Yahoo, but I'm reasonably certain that hanmail.net does exist.
A friend explained this to me once, but I've forgotten the explanation as to why this happens. It has to do with filters or something. Now, I know I can just get a hanmail account. In fact, I have one. But when I have to attach files and CC and all that crap it's just easier to do it (or, well, try it) from my Yahoo account.
Exasperating. |

Because hanmail sucks.
Hanmail's filter is default set to block yahoo, among others. The only way I know to get around it is to use my gmail account (unless they've finally blocked that, as well). |

Gmail still works with Hanmail. About forty of my students sent me their homework to my Gmail account and at least 80% of those were from Hanmail accounts. |
