I have promised to teach a friend's daughter (5th grade elementary school) how to bake bread. Does anyone have a tried-and-true yeast bread recipe that works well with kids? I don't use a recipe myself anymore, but want to have her read something.
Kids love to make Arabic bread. It's fun to roll them out and watch them puff up in the oven. They are very easy to make and quick. Here's a good recipe with photo instructions.
