Does anybody know how I can do this? Someone told me to try to find a ticket within1-3 days of today, and I do see that sometimes they are about $60-40 dollars cheaper. I've been looking on www.cheapoair.com and www.travelations.com which are about the same. The cheapest I can find in May seems to be middle of the month for approximately $640-704 after taxes.

I might not even do this and go through a recruiter since the flight will be free, but in some ways I think this may be a better option for me since I can see the places in person. The apt.and school, and I have relatives I can stay with. Am I applying too late, if I want to be working by June? Also, I've read that I can't get the f-4 until I arrive, and it takes 10 days.

Do you guys have any suggestions as far as schools or hagwons go, how I can find them directly through their website or yellowpages?

Don't worry about cheap airfare. Just do some research of schools and let them pay for your airfare.

And since you'll be on F-4 visa, you are not tied down to the school that you work for like us E-2ers. You can quit and get another job any time and any where in Korea.

He's right- if you want to quit, you can anytime and your visa won't be revoked. I'm so jealous of gyopos- regarding employment, they have all the benefits of Korean citizenship, but none of the bad stuff (like military service).
