not sure why. I tend to flick between using english uk, en NZ, and korean, it doesn't do it when in korean but does in the two english settings.
Is there a way of swapping them around? it has got to the stage where it does not bother me anymore but still does to everyone else who uses my computer |

The places are of those two are different between UK and American keyboards, as far as I know... the ' and " are the same key for me, and the @ and 2 are the same... and that's the only big difference I've seen between the UK and American layouts. That's all the help I can give you though. Apologies if I'm not telling you anything you didn't already know. |

just count yourself lucky it's not switching between QWERTY and DVORAK like my keyboard was a few weeks ago....
not sure i fixed it, but it's stopped now |
