One of my friends in Bundang has had a problem with a perv who jerks it in public a block away from the school where he works. The cops wouldn't do anything about it so he doesn't know what to do.

It sounds like this is a common, widespread problem in Korea, but nobody takes it seriously. My wife said just about every girl's school has had at least one, and nobody's too freaked out by them. I say a guy doing this is asking to be sent to the hospital.

I won't post them here, but go to this other board if you want to see some pictures of one of these guys caught in the act. These pictures were taken by a Korean who used them to try and get the guy arrested, but the police did nothing, and the pictures have since been banned from the Internet. I saved them and hosted them on my own site.

Anyone else have encounters with one of these tossers?

PS) This board for some reason censors the word masturbate.

Yeah, they're called 'ba ba ri man', as a reference to the coats they wear.

I had middle school students (girls) tell me that they get excited when they see one whacking it outside their school because if you see one it is good luck and you'll get good grades.

I've heard about this problem at schools, but thankfully never experienced it.
But it must be okay, he's wearing his face mask - I heard it makes everything 'safe' Rolling Eyes

Never heard that one but its hilarious. No, in fact I dont know whether I should laugh or cry Im laughing though.

Indeed, this country is very forgiving to its men.

If middle school girls actually said this, they are messed up. I wonder what their future job will be? Yuck!

Two words: Camera phone.
Two more words: Upload video.

I remember one guy way long ago who would park his car inside the rear entrance at Ehwa and yank it as the uni students walked by the car. I knocked on his window and told him to bugger off. Zoom he went. Came back the next day, and got gone the second he spotted me walking towards his car. Didn't see him again.

Afriend of mine encountered one on an intercity vus not long ago (just before Christmas, I think). He was in the seat across the aisle from her. She just told the bus driver, who then stopped the bus in the emergency lane amd chucked the guy off the bus right there on the highway.

Japanese do this too. I suppose the servants are learning from the masters.

I think a quick swift kick to the exposed crotch is in order. And if you are foreign, run away as the cops will be after you, not the pervert.

For future reference, one of these can do a lot of damage to a window.

That could be interpreted more than one way.
