My Reseach and Design center (where I work) is located in the digital complex, Guro-gu. It's not that far from a lot of happenin spots in Seoul, the subway is here, so you can get most places within 30 minutes or less.
No, not a lot of western hangouts here because it's full of office buildings and companies. But I did see a western dude riding a Harley Davidson today.
