| Hello everyone...as a single girl traveling soon to Danang, can anyone recommend a cheap, but good hotel in Danang where I won't get myself into any trouble??? It seems all the hotels right on the beach are too expensive...but I am assuming all hotels are close to the beach, right, since Danang is small??? I don't care about having nothing to do...all I want to do is go to the beach,swim and sleep, eat tons of fresh fruit and fish and great Vietnamese food and come back to Korea looking and feling great...THANKS! |

Da Nang downtown is chaotic to say the least.
Motorcycle traffic 24/7 will drive you bonkers.
Take a taxi and go to the beach My Khe and check
out one of the big hotels on the waterfront.
Even in January 2010, I got a deal for $15 US
a night, a room with a view. There is a chain of
places, cant remember the name but it is like My Khe I, II, etc.
Give it a try and enjoy your stay on the beach.
A five minute walk back toward Da Nang and youll
find eateries and food marts.
Helps to rent a bicycle or motorcylcle to get back and
forth to Da Nang center.
