I prefer teaching academic high school to general middle school, and I prefer general middle school to vocational high school classes. However, I like my middle school writing and drama classes even more than most of my academic HS classes. The middle school English curriculum is also much easier for a foreigner to work with and has a much greater stress on practical English, at least at my school (I work for a combined middle and academic / vocational high school). |
