Recently, I have been seeing these motorbikes cruising slowly with a loud motor thing on the rear that is emmitting a mist or some chemical. These things look god awefully strange and perhaps unhealthy.
Anybody know what it is??? Some sort of fogging chemicals to do some sort of bug control? |
