The one developed by the SIMS guy, where you were going to create a creature, starting from an amoeba, and eventually take over the universe and what-not? It was supposed to be the best thing since breathable air and I haven't seen a goddam thing about it in years.

Also, how in Gord's name does a HUGE title like Starcraft: Ghost get the can? How could they have f*kked that one up? It could've had the worst story arc/graphics/etc. of all time and it still would've sold a gajillion copies.

That'll be Spore. It's 'due' for release this autumn, which will probably coincide with my pc upgrade Smile

Here are a few screens to whet your appetite...

Blizzard have a policy of not compromising on quality. Ever. If they think a game is going to be merely 'good' they won't release it. Since all of their titles since War2 have been multi million sellers, it's hard to criticise the strategy. Blizzards are the only games that I will buy sight unseen, witout a review.

I'm still waiting for Duke Nukem Forever. That game has been in development for like 15 years now.
