Hi,
I know that there are a bunch of new restrictions on what you can carry onto a plane these days (no bottled water, etc). Does anyone know if I will be able to bring my PSP on an Asiana flight and use it? I'm not flying to North America. I've tried contacting Asiana and haven't gotten any help from them (I can only spend so much time on hold as they continually transfer my call). I'm not checking any baggage, so I don't want to arrive at the airport and have them tell me my PSP cannot be carried on...Anyone have any firsthand experience here?
Thanks |

If it's not in the written restrictions, you won't have a problem. |

I am not aware of any electronic devices which are not allowed on planes. Some devices such as radios and cell phones cannot be used on planes because they send and receive outside signals which can interfere with the plane's communications, but even they can still be brought on board. Any electronic device which does not send and receive signals (such as a PSP) is fine as long as you only use it when the seatbelt light is off (ie - not during take-off and landing). |
