Don't forget April 28th (today in seoul  ) at the Chinese Embassy anywhere in the world 
US and most countries : 12 noon Chinese Embassy
Seoul, SK: 4 p.m. near Gyeongbokgung Station (about 300-400 meters out exit #2 i think )
