I would like to buy a 250 cc Comet GTS (naked). I'm not interested in a new one, I would just like to try out a 250cc bike for a while while I sell my Honda and look for a new ride.
I don't really want to spend alot on the bike as I plan to sell it fairly quickly. So if anyone has an affordable Comet in good running order let me know.

thanks for the post, I like Passo, but I'm actually looking for a foreigner who might be selling a bike. Foreigners tend to have the best prices!!! Koreans over value their used bikes too much.
My buddy just bought a 1999 125cc daelim for 900,000won.....My best Korean friend who owns a shop continuesly tells me his beat up collection of 125cc scooters are worth a million each.....love the guy but he's out to lunch with his pricing. I also find that we foreign folk tend to repair our bikes more.......
I bought my Daelim 125cc bike from another Canadian for about 300,000.......so If I get this bike at a good price I will turn around and sell it for a good price to another friendly pasty face......We gotta take care of each other, as great as the Koreans can be (one Korean friend gave me a brand new helmet because I bought his bike!!! although he charged me about 300,000 more for the bike..I love the guy, he's an awesome friend....but I can buy a bike cheaper from a fellow foreigner), they tend to sell their used stuff at premium prices. Unless of course it's some ugly old car......these are dirt cheap....different culture...... |
