My girlfriend shares a 10 pyeong apartment with her classmate in Gyeongju. She says that they only paid 3 million (total) for the year. I mentioned it to my coworkers and they said it is known as a "jeon se" ( 전세 ) contract.
Is it possible to find one of these in Busan?
They live in a villa, and I would be quite comfortable in one of them after forking out tons of cash in apartment management fees.
