Isn't the multicultural mosaic grand? Scandinavia has imported hundreds of thousands of muslims and now gets to experience true cultural diversity.

And the reaction of Muslims totally vindicates the cartoons.

That's not multicultural....it's bi-cultural.

Major Danish newspapers republish Mohammed cartoon

COPENHAGEN Denmark's five major daily newspapers republished on Wednesday one of the 12 drawings of the Prophet Mohammed which angered Muslims around the world, as a protest against a plot to murder one of the cartoonists.

A Danish citizen of Moroccan descent and two Tunisians were arrested on Tuesday in western Denmark for planning to murder 73-year-old Kurt Westergaard, a cartoonist at Jyllands-Posten, the Danish paper that originally published the drawings in September, 2005.

The five newspapers Jyllands-Posten, Politiken, Berlingske Tidende, BT and Ekstra Bladet on Wednesday republished Mr. Westergaard's cartoon, which depicts the founder of Islam with a bomb in his turban.

Good for them. Now deport their whole extended family and all close friends.

And after a few generations of muslim immigration, conversion and eventual dhimnitude, it will be back to being monocultural. The circle, squared.

I am mi-gook saram. I didn't think that was any secret.

So evidently, you are regicide in disguise. Could I offer a bit of advice? A successful sock changes more than just one obsession for another.

Suggestion noted.

Now one for you. Hakwon Cowboy isn't an appropriate job title for a grown man. You should at least be "head hakwon cowboy" by now.

So noted. I appreciate the attempt. However, I haven't worked in a hakwon since '94 and then only for 6 months. Besides, I have been head of department in a high school and that isn't all it's cracked up to be.

Don't you find it, well, beneath you, to frequent a site that is mainly inhabited by people who work at a job you hold in contempt? Or is that where your self-esteem comes from?

Additionally today, the trial of 12 Muslim terrorists in Melbourne, Australia, commenced. They had planned to attack a train station (Flinders Street), & a football stadium (MCG?) using ammonium nitrate, in a carbon copy of the Spain attacks in 2005. Football & 'Aussie Rules' is almost a religion in itself, in Victoria!

Google 'Operation Pandanus' for more info on the planned attacks. 'Benbrika', the spiritual 'leader' ought to be deported. And I don't care if his children were born in Australia. He can take them with him, back to Algeria, where he came from.

Quote:
MELBOURNE (AFP) Twelve Muslim men accused of preparing to launch attacks in Australia pleaded not guilty to a string of terrorism-related charges amid tight security in the Supreme Court here Wednesday.

Their alleged leader, cleric Abdul Nacer Benbrika, 47, had suggested during taped telephone calls that a bombing where the maximum loss of life could be inflicted, such as at a football ground, could be suitable, the court heard.

Benbrika taught the group that it was "permissible to kill women, children and the aged" in the cause of violent jihad or holy war, said prosecutor Richard Maidment.

"The organisation was exclusively male and exclusively Muslim," Maidment told the court. "Benbrika was its director and the leader of that group."

Benbrika, in a conversation with an undercover police officer who infiltrated the group, asked if he could be shown how to make explosives using ammonium nitrate, the prosecutor said.

He had asked how much was required to destroy a house and then wanted to know "how much to destroy a larger building."

The prosecutor also said that material, including literature on how to make bombs and video tapes with messages from Osama Bin Laden, were seized from the group by police.

The men were arrested in a series of swoops in Sydney and Melbourne in November 2005, days after the government passed tough new anti-terrorism legislation.

A group of nine men arrested at that time appeared in court in Sydney in May last year and pleaded not guilty to conspiring to launch a terrorist attack in Australia. Their trial is yet to begin.

Inch by inch, & millimetre by millimetre, with every new act of mindless aggression by miltant Muslims, I am slowly abandoning starry eyed notions of 'live & let live' / tolerance / objectivity, that I acquired at University, & coming around more each day to "the peel" train of thought.

-they got no WOMEN...angry men who don't get any action want to blow things up. As a Jordanian guy told me...all women in Saudai Arabia are your mother, sister, wife, or a *beep*. And when you're single and poor forget the wife bit....they need to send all the women in moldova to the middle east. That should fix up that gender ratio.

Perhaps 'knee-jerk' would be a more appropriate choice of words than 'thought'.
