I am still looking for a person to take over my apartment lease. I do have a few large items remaining to sell. NEED TO SELL ASAP

What happens if nobody takes it over,,,do you have to pay all of the remaining money?

I am legally responsible for the rent if I can not find someone to take over the contract.

The rent is a good deal. The landlady is trying to raise the rent by 20%. If I find the person they go in under my contract at 400,000 per month.
