First off; I know that many are in Seoul but what about other cities such as Daegu, Busan, etc....are there any French, German, Dutch, etc... to be found? Or do other cities really only have Anglo-phones? Anyone know?

There are a lot of Eastern Europeans/Russians working at Everland.

They are in the world parade there and dance and sing wearing strange costumes. I took photos on Friday and will show some of them once I can be bothered to upload them.

They also have a group of black men working there as well. I think they are in the African Safari section.

You can get your photo taken with some of them if that is what you desire.

Around the general Seoul area if you wander around Uiwang, Oido, Deokjeong, Sihueng, or anywhere else that has moderate or heavy manufacturing industries, you can see lots of them. Most of them are Filipino, Chinese, Pakistani, Burmese and a few South Americans here and there.

But if you are looking for non-Anglo Western Europeans as you specifically put on your post, there aren't many. I've talked to a French guy who trains Korean train conductors to drive the KTX trains. I met one German guy with a Canadian passport who gives German lessons at a hagwon. I haven't met Dutch people yet.
