So, after noticing several young Korean women casually wearing removable retainers, I've begun to wonder how much it might cost to get my teeth straightened here. I had fixed and removable braces when I was younger, but my teeth have gone crooked again since then.
Can anyone recommend a trustworthy English speaking orthodontist to me? |

I personally don't think it's worth all the trouble, unless your teeth somehow got extremely crooked again. Even if you wear braces, your teeth will always drift a little, at least. Plus, the les I see medical people in Korea, the better I feel. |

I hear ya, but my teeth are pretty darn crooked. As a kid, I had to have the full course of orthodontic nasties and several teeth removed, and my mouth is *still* too crowded.
I just wondered if anyone knew what the service is like here, because I know dental treatment in Korea can be very cheap compared to in the UK. |

I have an orthodontist that I go to in Apukjeon (sp). The clear braces cost about 5,000 dollars (yes, I paid in American dollars). The metal braces are a LOT cheaper, but I am a little vain. PM me if you want more info. |
