I'm going to Busan on Thursday for Buddha's birthday and I'm not sure where I'll be sleeping yet. I'd like either a jimjilbang - always good fun - or a reasonably-priced guesthouse with a private bathroom. Anyone have any suggestions? Recommendations for night-life would also be appreciated. Thanks.

What's your budget?
We stay in a motel there which is nice, it's 30,000 a night. I know you said you're more into a jimjilbang but thought I would suggest Motel Diana, it's right across the street from the bus station. Really clean, private bathroom, central.
Good luck with finding somewhere. We're off to Busan too. Going to watch the Mighty Reds in O'Briens. I know you're a blue, but if you're interested we'll be there.
Have a great time!

Haeundae Leisure in Haeundae rocks. It is a jimjillbang. If you go during the week, there are lots of cubby holes to sleep in and it is nice and clean. 8000W a night. It is close by the beach and it is on the 5th floor (if i remember correctly).

If you want in Haeundae, I would recommend Vesta Sauna on Dalmaji. I'm not sure how much the overnight is. Its 5,000 when I just go for the Sauna during the day. I think its 8,000 for the whole shabang. Anyway, walk up Dalmaji-gil until you see "log cabin" restaurant on your left with a large porch. Turn left up the small road. Vesta is on the left after you pass the parking lot to the cabin restaurant.

Nice views of hte ocean and beach while you cook in the spas.

Further to the Busan question. Anyone know if there are any good motels out by the airport? Yeogwan/love hotel will do...
