| Most of the big bakery chains (paris baguette for one) have it. Its not as good as the kind at home, but its not white bread. I hate white bread too. Nasty! |

With all of the smoking, drinking, unprotected sex with strangers, contaminated water/meats/fruits/vegetables and car dodging in Korea, the last thing I'm worried about is "unhealthy" white bread around my Spam and cheese sandwich.
Sorry. Not meant as a flame. |

Yeah, it's a scam here. I buy some specialty bread made of black rice, green tea, whole wheat, multi-grain, or whatever. It is like 2000 won for 7 slices.
Crappy white bread is maybe 1000 won for 15 or so slices.
I am no pauper. I buy the good stuff. |

Paris Baguette, E-Mart, Tous Le Jours, and more places.
I have found most neighbourhood bakeries don't have it. Or it sells out quickly. They bake maybe 5 loaves for the whole day and they sell within 1 hour. |

They all taste like they have about 5 times as much sugar in the mix as well. I've never eaten such sweet (and that isn't sweet as in good) bread in my life. It's a little peculiar.
Even the crackers I've found so far all seem to have a glaze or dusting of sugary stuff. They are almost like cookies sometimes. |

Hannam Supermarket and the Lotte supermarket at Seoul station have good whole-grain cereal bread at reasonable prices.
Country Life (and several other vegetarian restaurants around Seoul run by Seventh Day Adventists) have a good selection of health-food breads including sprouted-wheat... SM Ching hai vegetarian buffet in Yanjiae also regularly carries whole grain breads.
