| Unlike most requests for info here, I want to get funds INTO Korea. I tried to link my Payal acocunt to my KEB account. Everything went swimmingly until...wait for it...I tried to enter my ID number. |

| Yeah...I believe it. You can use your debit card here (actually just have them treat it as a credit so you get your 3% back at the end of the year. I'm not sure about taking cash out at an ATM, but it shouldn't be a problem. |
