We're putting on a show this Saturday was an unusual selection of bands. I don't know most of these bands, but Galaxy Express is good for a half-hour of energetic garage rock and Suck Stuff always has a solid show. Looks like a lot of expat bands are playing too.

This show is the first organised by Broke in Korea, a group of foreigners who support the local punk scene. We came up with the name a few years ago when me and the co-creator were between jobs.

Also, this is the release of the 4th issue of the Broke in Korea zine. It includes an interview with the Geeks about their recent US tour, a travel story about finding Hitler in Daejeon, an interview with Korean anarchist punks who are considering prison over the military, tips on how to manage your own international tour in Korea, and a tour journal from the Slackers visit.

this looks like it could be a pretty good show. i'm always into seeing assholes makes jackasses of themselves.
i only know galaxy express and suck stuff, i really like galaxy express, and suck stuff isn't too bad. they've got some catchy tunes.
i can't wait to see the new issue of broke! who won the brokeys???

This looks like a great show, and of course bROKe is a fun 'zine to read. Get your asses outta that PCBang and see some shows!
