them in Korea?
Now a while back I ordered a whole bunch of stuff from Germany and it was confiscated; I was only able to get half of it after having to pay enmorous 'fees'. Since then I have to go to Kuk-Je market (in Busan, some of you may know it) to get my supplements. The problem is that the selection is random and I can never find all the things I need. I really would like to order the stuff I need but am reluctant to do so for the above mentioned region...
Does anyone else lift here and has had similar problems? Where and how do you get your supplements? Advice would be much apprecitiated...

Amino-acids are the components out of which protein is made; there are 20; 8 are essential, that is the body cannot produce them itself and they must be taken in through foodl; 1 is semi-essential and the other 10 can be synthesised by the human body. When one engages in intensive strength exercise the needs of the body for protein and more appropriately amino-acids rise; even the non-essential ones. Amino-acids, found in capsule form allow for a very quick, absorbtion of them into the musculature; in short they help you recover more quickly and build muscle. They are not wonder pills though; they help you, even if only at a minimal level...
The fact is that supplements DO help... |
