Dear Pandora Visitor,
We are deeply, deeply sorry to say that due to licensing constraints, we can no longer allow access to Pandora for most listeners located outside of the U.S. We will continue to work diligently to realize the vision of a truly global Pandora, but for the time being we are required to restrict its use. We are very sad to have to do this, but there is no other alternative.
We believe that you are in Republic of Korea (your IP address appears to be ###.###.###.##). If you believe we have made a mistake, we apologize and ask that you please contact us at [email protected]
If you are a paid subscriber, please contact us at [email protected] and we will issue a pro-rated refund to the credit card you used to sign up. If you have been using Pandora, we will keep a record of your existing stations and bookmarked artists and songs, so that when we are able to launch in your country, they will be waiting for you.
We will be notifying listeners as licensing agreements are established in individual countries. If you would like to be notified by email when Pandora is available in your country, please enter your email address below. The pace of global licensing is hard to predict, but we have the ultimate goal of being able to offer our service everywhere.
We share your disappointment and greatly appreciate your understanding.
Sincerely,
Tim Westergren

I know.
I was just getting to appreciate their new feature: QUICK MIX which combines several of ones tailored "stations" to provide a variety of tunes on par with a c.d. changer.
There goes my morning ritual.
Returning to commercial radio online will be a bit ugh, as is having to spend an extra few minutes selecting noncommercial desired music style station of the day. |

Ack! Is this something a change of my peer guardian settings can fix?
I dunno yet, but man, no pandora fairly bites... |

I just noticed this too. I think we can get it to work by accessing it through a proxy server which will hide your Korean IP address. You'd have to log in to Pandora every time, but it'd be a small price to pay.
I tried this with http://www.slyuser.com (enter "www.pandora.com" in the bar at the bottom of the page). It seemed like it might work, but currently Pandora says it's having tech probs and they're "scrambling to fix it". I've seen that message before when I could access it from Korea, so I'll check again later and see what happens. I'll take it as a sign that because I didn't get the message in the OP's post that it may in fact work.
I'm not too knowledgeable about proxy servers -- anyone know more about this and if it's the solution? |

I've tried several diff proxy sites over the last 24 hours. All have given me that message. |

So, any luck? I'm suffering from serious withdrawl symptoms here. |
