I am sending my stuff to my employer tomorrow to apply for my E-2 Visa. For those Americans who have done this recently, please tell me all the things I need to send and the quantity of them.

Photo copy of your passport,
Original degree or KOREAN consulate CERTIFIED copy of same,
Official, university SEALED transcripts,
Signed contract,
resume,
4 passport style photos (photo machine types are acceptable).

Ttompatz is right, but DON'T send you original degree.

Also, did you boss not tell you exactly what to send?

It sounds like you haven't done much research about moving to Korea nor the hagwon [assumption] you are signing with. Don't rush it, research it.

Exactly. Why are you asking us? Your new boss or your recruiter should have told you what to send over. That's just weird.
