Thin people may be fat inside
http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20070510/ap_on_he_me/thin_fat_people

LONDON - If it really is what's on the inside that counts, then a lot of thin people might be in trouble. Some doctors now think that the internal fat surrounding vital organs like the heart, liver or pancreas invisible to the naked eye could be as dangerous as the more obvious external fat that bulges underneath the skin.

"Being thin doesn't automatically mean you're not fat," said Dr. Jimmy Bell...

Koreans are always bragging how thin they are. Like I have always said I have never seen so many skinny fat people. Most do next to no exercise, especially the women. I wonder what the odds are that they pick it up on the Korean news.

Womens bodies don't store fat internaly. Men do but women store fat externaly. Women are just weak here, men are very unhealthy.

oh great, another defense mechanism for fat people.. why not just hit the gym instead of making thousands of excuses? hey, I don't care if you're my height but weigh 40% less--you're still fat on the inside! Rolling Eyes

Well, if a fat person made that claim then they would be hypocritical now wouldn't they? I understand what you are saying though. The way I look at it, unless your job entails plenty of exercise, now nobody has an excuse not to hit the gym. That's a good thing IMO. Smile
