This is a DVD rip I presume?

If so you have two options; you can watch it as is by opening the .vob with VLC or Media Player Classic or you can encode it to an .avi by using AutoGK or many other programs.

Yes as above its standard DVD disk format. So, yao can view the film using a sotware dvd player, or burn it straight to DVD as a data disk and play it in your standalone DVD player.

The video_TS folder is usually acompanied by an Audio_TS folder (which is empty) . Older DVD players need it to play the disk.

to play it on your computer just open your DVD player and choose open media on hard disk and then choose the .ifo file.

to burn it with nero choose dvd video files and drag the files in and burn. Older versions of nero will have a video_ts folder to drop them in.

Ralphie

You can play the .vob files in VLC player, no problem

the others are only needed if you're going to burn the disc
