Hi, just wondering if anyone knows of any good classes with BJJ, MMA, kickboxing, Mui Thai style stuff in central Seoul. I live near Yeoido but am willing to commute if its not too far. I've been here a few months and my Korean is not great, so if the instructors know some English that would be good. I'm 34 and not serious about training but would like to get in shape and learn some new things at the same time.. I have some background in Judo and a bit of Jiu-Jitsu too. Let me know...
thanks! |

| There is Brazilian Jujitsu in Idae. Just google it and you will find it. |

Try www.mooto.com
There are plenty of gyms in Yeongdeungpo. Yeouido doesn't have many gyms as its a business area. However, there used to be a kickboxing gym there. You will probably find some posters stuck to poles near the subway station. |

John Frankl is a fantastic instructor for all levels. He is fluent in Korean and teaches in both English and Korean. Google him and you'll get a lot of info about him. The gym is full of great guys, too (Koreans and foreigners). Here is his contact info:
