This is a bit of an odd question to ask here, but I�ll throw it in regardless;

I�m an Australian going to visit Canada later in the year. When I get there I�d like to rent a car and drive around the Vancouver area (I�d rather not rely on public transportation).

I currently have an Australian drivers license, but no international license. Is this suffice to be able to rent a car in Canada? Would it be advisable to get an international license here in Korea before going?

Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

If you CAN get an international license here do it.
You can't rent a car without a license in canada.
