Well, I'm back in the UK after a pretty good year in Korea.

I've since got a "Proper Job" (TM) and its pretty poor in comparison to Korea. Unfortunately my training contract is 3 years long, so I'm tied here till then.

So I'm thinking of selling my soul and forming a recruiting place in the UK.

Loads of my mates are looking for overseas fun and are paying around 4,000 for the it! Whilst teaching in Korea may not be as noble as building shelters in Africa, I still think it offers the same experience of adventure.

So I'm looking for some advice on how feasible the idea is. Whilst I'd be out of the country I fully intend to assist as much as I can after the people head to Korea, and would vet all contracts etc. and just help them with all the paper work. The idea would be to hit all the unis and offer the chance to go overseas, earn a wad of cash and have the adventure of a lifetime.

Anyone dabble in recruiting and fancy giving me their two cents?

Can you lie all day and still sleep at night? Then it's politics or recruiting. Rolling Eyes

You'll need solid full-time Korean contacts in order to make it work

A lot of competition out there.

And, like you say, you'll have to sell your soul and take a car salesman course.

People have already said it, but:

if you have no soul, and are prepared to do dirty things that would shame your family, should they ever come to light, then YES, become a recruiter. However, if you have any sense of right and wrong, or still believe in the inherent goodness of humanity, it'd probably be best if you moved along...
