| I need a new rainjacket (probably Mountain Hardwear, Patagonia or Marmot) and I don't want to order it online. Does anyone know if there is a store here with a variety of these companies? Or if there is a Mountain Hardwear company store anywhere near Seoul? |

| Dongdaemun stadium has some hiking stores outside of it. There are a couple of stores at Suyu and Suraksan station, but the most extensive bunch I've seen is at the beginning of the road heading up to Dosemsa (a temple in Ui-dong) from the main road. Get off at Suyu station, hail a taxi, say "Dosemsa" and when you start going up the hill, you'll see the shops. Say "yogi! yogi!" and get out, then shop away. |
