Has anybody seen the new Korea Sparkling commercial on CNN?

Overall the commercial looks pretty cool. It shows historic and modern scenes of South Korea and it even has a hot Korean girl dancing in a club. Really, she's hot.

Anyways, the commercial is pretty damn good. However, at the very end the pop singer Rain comes on and says, "Korea...Sparkling!"

It just kills the advertisment. Just kills it.

Korea Sparkling?

Who's the moron who came up with that line?

No I heard about the catch phrase, but this was the first time I saw the commercial.

I just want to punch Rain in te face whenever I see it.

I saw it on www.youtube.com a couple months ago. It's cool, but I must add that, "Sparkling" is a strange phrase. Kinda peculiar like the boxs of E-mart kleenex tissues at school that say, "Naughty Boy" on the box.

That made me laugh...Rain is really worthy of a punch in the face and a swift kick in the ass....

Edit: This is the long version with the chick dancing...

Showed it to my boyfriend whose never been here and his assessment: "it did nothing for me."

And this commercial makes you want to come visit Korea why??? I mean if you compare it to the other countries I could care less about 100,000 people in the street for a soccer game, or some guy doing 80's breakdances. Where is the interesting stuff??? Oh wait this is Korea where nothing makes sense... Very Happy

The only way to make this place sparkle is to drop glitter from an airplane every day. otherwise is as dull a matte black paint.
