Didn't see any mention of this very newsworthy tidbit, so I decided to post it myself. Looks like John J. Rambo will have one more mission before retiring to Florida to play bingo with other senior citizens.
For an old geezer (sorry Rteacher) John J. seems to be in pretty good shape! I'm sure that carrying your own "pharmacy" with you all the time helps. Anyway, without any further ado, I give you PICTURES .

PS. 1st Rambo was a good movie, just like 1st Rocky.
PPS. HERE's a trailer. |

Ok... the first Rambo wasn't just a good movie, it was fucking seminal. A classic.
My idea for Rambo IV was a prequel, featuring Stalone as an alcoholic sitting in the woods, reminicsing about raising hell in Vietnam, featuring a new actor...
Of course... I'm a genius and Stalone isn't... so, Rambo in Thailand. Can't be worse than Rocky 11. |

Ok, ok, ok. Sly may not be the best actor out there, but his achievements are still pretty impressive for a muscle guy. According to IMDB he was the 3rd person to get nominated for the "big O" for acting and writing from the same movie (Rocky, 1976). His predecessors are Charles Chaplin (The Great Dictator, 1940) and Orson Welles (Citizen Kane, 1941). Not bad, eh? But on the other hand he has won many Razzies as well.
And like n3ptne mentioned, Virginal... eh, I mean First Blood is a damn good movie. Maybe John J. will liberate Iraq in Rambo V?
Here's one useless trivia about him. According to IMDB Sly was born on the very same day as GWB! |

The promo looks pretty cool.
He chops a dude's head off. And rips a guy's throat out with his bare hands. And makes heads pop off like cans of tomato soup in a microwave.

Basically, it looks like a trailer from Grindhouse. |

I guess The Italian Stallion was getting a little envious of all the attention Bruce Willis has been showered with over his newest unoriginal movie.
