This is a long shot, but if anyone happens to know a Marko Tapio who is or has been in Daegu recently, please contact me: sam at samhenderson.net. I know where his passport is.
The Mr. Tapio in question would be about 23 years of age, and of Finnish citizenship.
Apologies if this is in the wrong subforum; please feel free to move it to "Off-topic" if that's the case... I don't know if the guy is an English teacher, but he may know English teachers. And yes, I will also contact the Finnish embassy, etc.
