| i have just setup utorrent on my computer and when I do a search, it always opens up the search page using internet explorer. i want it to open the search using firefox, how do i do this? on my old computer this was no problem! |

I think all you have to do is set Firefox to be your default browser. When you load up Firefox it should ask you something like, "would you like Firefox to be your default browser?" Select OK.
If it doesn't ask you, open Firefox and go to Tools-->Options-->Main-->System Defaults. Try the "check now" button and also check to make sure every time. |

I did a search for default browser on the uTorrent forums and got this:
Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs > Set Program Access and Defaults > Custom > Choose a default Web browser:
Select your browser, and check the "Enable access to this program" checkbox. |
