Any of you know the laws around this topic well? I tried looking around efl-law.com but couldn't find anything.
From what I know you have to give your boss 2 months notice if you quit. If it's before 6 months you waver your severance..? Meaning if you quit after 6 months your employer still pays a severance? Secondly, does it work both ways? Does the director have to give one 2 months to remain working after you're fired or does the arrangement end immediately?
Please could anyone Extrapolate this issue? |

Nope. You don't need to give any notice. But you might have to wait for the contract to expire before finding more work.

Nope. If you quit before the year is done, you get no severece at all.

I think I know what you're asking. After 6 months, your boss must give 1 months notice of termination. If he just fires you without notice, than he owes you 1 month pay.
