Hey, been thinking about learning Taekwondo but I'd much rather learn Capoeira. Does anyone know of any places that teach either in english or not?

I went to Taiwan recently and saw people playing drums at a festival, nto sure what type they were but they were so big they had to be moved on trolleys. Can I learn a similar drum here in Korea?
