Let's see some of you porkers out there. I don't have any pics right now. Can't transfer my photos from my cell to English Windows.
But hey! Let's just see how many of you tip that scale. |

I'm around 155, 150 normally. 'Tis a long winter.
I guess I'm disqualified on account of being a pencil. |

I have a retractable girth - Summer in. Winter out. I weigh in at about 196 lbs, which is about 20 odd lb over what it should be. Actually, better make that 30lb. Even though you can't see me I still feel obliged to lie about it.
However, my Korean skates are on (just need to tie up those damn laces) and I'm looking to shift about 2lb+ pew week between now and then or, just as soon as I get my ass out of this chair and stop wasting my time answering post such as this. I fluctuate every year and am pretty good at losing (most of) my winter coat. It's surprising how self conscious one gets once the sun starts shining. Nothing worse than being surrounded by other peoples gorgeous summer buffness.
I have french windows leading directly out into beautiful green rolling countryside not 20 ft from where I sit. Within an additional 250ft, is a very steep lane approximately 1-mile in length that I could run up and down that a couple of times a day should I choose to do so, but I don't. It looks much prettier sat here drinking coffee, smoking cigarettes, eating donuts and typing rubbish. |

I am a good 10 lbs overweight. No biggie. Now that my schedule has lightened up, I should be able to lose most of that pretty quickly. |

I'm 80Kg. I have no idea what that is in pounds. I'm not fat at all.
I eat right and workout regularly. I can't understand people who
let themselves get overweight. I would kill myself before I let even
a cm get under my belt. |

Who cares? You're not fat. This thread is about FATTIES.
I've got a bit too much lard on me, but I have motorized transport. |

Another primadonna thinnish person who can't read. This thread is about FATTIES. Come back when you get fat. Which is impossible because you said you'd kill yourself then. That's not melodramatic at all. |

I am 6.2/160, or 1.87/73 kilos.
To stay slim, typical day in Korea.
am 30-45 mins run in the forest before work
Lunch time - 30-40 mins bike ride on the country roads (I work in Gyeonggi Province, Anjung Eup, semi rural)
Evening, after work - 1500-2000m in the local pool (30-50 mins)
This three times a day exercise routine amounts to 1.5-2.5 hours exercise a day.
It might sound excessive, but I enjoy it, and it is a good way to alleviate stress.
