I would check with the Indian Consulate, or your home embassy. Getting a visa for India is not easy, but it really just takes time and preparation.

Seeing as I didn't know this long before I went, I had to spend a lot of extra money and headaches getting my visa expedited. Embarassed

All I did was give my passport to my travel agent here, paid him for it, and he arranged it all. He kept my passport and mailed it off to the consulate.

Very easy!! Only took 7-10 days to get it if I recall.

I am now in Florida, and my travel agent looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for help with my visa- I had to do all the arranging myself, with the help of a visa expediter.

I loved the help I got from travel agents in Korea.
