Has anybody ever used TIK Tour Service?

I'm looking to set up a decent DMZ tour, but with other agencies I've run into either high prices or really inflexible dates that don't work with my schedule. This seems like a decent enough website, but I was curious if anyone had ever used their services before and if they are worth working with.
