Say what you will about the Office, but last night's season finale was one of the best season finale's of any show ever....

I would definitely recommend this show. And for those of you who say, "The UK version is so much better..." well, I say you have to watch at least the first two seasons of the US version before saying that.

If you watch the US version thinking, "That's not how the characters were in the UK version," then of course you're going to complain about it. But if you just accept it as it's own show, and learn to appreciate the characters, well....I personally think this is one of the best shows on tv.

I agree.

Well filmed, directed, written and acted. With enough fun surprises to keep you laughing.

It's true. That was a great great GREAT season finale!

Possible spoiler alert:

*Wow....it was great to see jan do what she did! That was a GREAT storyline.

*The look on Pam's face at the end of the show was just brilliant...i just loved it!

*The very last 5 seconds with the job offer was AWESOME! What a surprise! Makes perfect sense.

I have to admit they didn't set Jan up to be a bad girlfriend enough for me. Until Michael said he was unhappy, I wouldn't have guessed.

Have you seen a silly movie called Bruce Almighty? (Jim Carrey and Jennifer Aniston)....there is a scene with Steve Carrel (Michael Scott from the Office) which almost made me choke on my popcorn. It's a stupid scene but they pull it off...(Steve is reporting on live TV and his voice is replaced with nonsensical animal noises Smile ) Maybe I've been starved for humour in Korea lol

I loved how he was like "we're through!" But I'm a bit confused. I though the temp guy was only studying for his MBA... or even just his B.Comm. The uber boss said he had an MBA. Has the temp been some kind of plant all this time, studying the company for a research project? Or did he complete his MBA?

Didn't michael go to ryan's school last season?
And, all it said in the show was that he was "going to business school". That was during the episode "The Fire".

You'll remember that michael didn't even go to university; he only went to the "school of hard knocks".

Next season is gonna be great!

Spoiler:

Do you think that what jim said was a REAL date or do you think he just said it has an expression?

I KNOW!! I must say, Jenna Fischer NAILED...just NAILED the last scene. Her reaction was PERFECT. She's a great actress. She does a lot with a character that does not have much of a personality (until now). I cannot say enough about that scene though...she executed it wonderfully...wow.

Do you think Jim broke up with Karen then? Where was she? Or was this an incognito thing? What do you guys think?

Also- did Jan REALLY get a boob job? No matter how good an actress you are, you can't fake THOSE!

and argh! poor kelly!!! She's my favorite...I hope they keep her as a prominent charcter on the show. She's awesome! I hope she recovers. Ryan is such a jerk. Kelly was nice.

Can't wait for the new season. It's gonna be quite interesting when Ryan comes back from corporate to check on Michael!

I watched just that scene about 5 times. I was SOO impressed with how well she did that. Absolutely perfect!

I think jan the character was SUPPOSED to have got a boobjob but I have a feeling the actor just wore a special bra.

I wouldn't worry about that. I'd bet kelly is going to be blathering into the camera a lot next season.

Yeah, that can't be said enough. I've also watched it again and again. She just nailed it. Amazing scene. Perfect!

I was floored at Ryan! So much power in his voice in the last scene.. Now I know why he said "I don't do that anymore" when Michael asked for coffee.. He knew he would be boss..

That episode, in my mind, makes it official. The American version is one of the top 3 shows on tv today. (The other two are Entourage and The Shield). To use a lame-o expression, they took it to another level!
