I have the day off, but no idea why.

Anything happening in Seoul worth bringing the camera out for...?

Buddha's Birthday.

Shoudl be some good stuff going on in Seoul, but I don't know where.

I get to use the holiday to ad an extra two days to my trip back to the states. Woo hoo! More enchiladas and good italian for me!

I'm assuming that since it's a National holiday all of the banks will be closed- yes?

Ah cool.

Anyone want to check out the Buddha's b'day Parade, go down to Insadong. It starts in the evening sometime.

Went there last year.

Not funfunfun exactly, but a nice festive atmosphere, a huge outdoor market in the daytime and if you like photography there's lots of good photo opps during the daytime and especially the parade.

This parade already happened on Sunday. past news.

Jogyesa temple near Insadong is part of the all-week Lantern festival.
