I have a couple of jars of local honey. Can I bring them in?
Can I mail them?

I just had some creamed honey mailed to me, so I don't think you will have any problems. As for bringing them in, I always bring a couple of containers with me and never had a problem.

Yes, you can bring honey BUT make sure it is in the under luggage and NOT in your carry on. It is classed as a liquid and you are not allowed to bring liquids in a container larger than a sample size on board.

Honey is expensive there so it makes for a nice gift. Smile

Honey related question....may sound stupid...


is there honey in korea? I use honey...a wholllleee lot Smile and really...not picky about any specific kinds..

But here in Korea, it is ridiculously expensive. A teddy bear squueze bottle costs about 14,000 won in a local Ma and Pa shop (from my own experience) and a bottle of NZ Manuka costs upward of 40,000 won. You are better off bringing your own.
