Im from NZ, I need a visa right? And planning a trip from Victoria to Seattle by boat. So I would need to get a visa for the USA as well?

So shoot me if the answers are obvious ...

You can check entry requirements for any citizenship and country of entry here:

and to answer your specific query:

National NEW ZEALAND (NZ)
Embarkation KOREA (REPUBLIC) (KR)
Destination CANADA (CA)

Passport (must be valid for period of intended stay) required.
Visa not required, generally for a max. stay of 6 months.

and for the USA..... no visa required if:.....
